Travel suppliers are not responsible for events beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, weather conditions, mechanical failures, strikes, civil unrest, acts of terrorism, epidemics, pandemics, government actions, local laws, or other unforeseen circumstances.

You are solely responsible for obtaining and carrying all required travel documents, including valid passports, visas, health certificates, vaccinations, and any other entry requirements. MarkYourDeal and its suppliers are not responsible for denied boarding, entry, or travel disruptions due to improper or missing documentation.

We strongly recommend that you review official government travel advisories and health guidelines prior to booking and departure, and that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen events, cancellations, medical emergencies, and other travel risks.

By choosing to retain and use any booking, reservation, or ticket issued by MarkYourDeal, you confirm your acceptance of all applicable supplier terms and conditions and acknowledge this Disclaimer. You also agree to communicate these terms to all members of your traveling party.
