All quoted prices may include service fees, taxes, and other applicable charges. By proceeding with a reservation, you agree to pay the total amount displayed.

MarkYourDeal is not responsible for errors, inaccuracies, or omissions on the website, nor for the failure of any travel supplier to provide products or services. We do not guarantee or endorse any supplier’s products, services, financial condition, or reliability.

MarkYourDeal will not be liable for schedule changes, cancellations, overbooking, delays, strikes, weather conditions, or any other circumstances beyond our control.

B. Use of Our Website

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements to use this website. You agree that all information provided by you is accurate, complete, and current.

C. Travel Supplier Rules & Restrictions

All bookings are subject to the terms, conditions, and fare rules of the respective travel supplier. Airline tickets are not guaranteed until issued and paid in full.

Violating supplier rules may result in cancellation, denial of boarding, or forfeiture of funds.

D. Booking Process

Your booking is confirmed only after full payment is received and a ticket or confirmation is issued. Email confirmations are acknowledgments of receipt, not final acceptance.

Name changes, destination changes, or cancellations are subject to supplier rules and may involve additional fees.

E. Pricing, Taxes & Payment

Prices are subject to change until ticketed. Full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept major credit and debit cards with valid billing addresses.

If your payment is declined, your booking will not be processed.

F. Service Fees

MarkYourDeal may charge service fees for bookings, changes, cancellations, or refunds. These fees are generally non-refundable and separate from supplier-imposed penalties.

G. Cancellations & Exchanges

Most airline tickets and travel products are non-refundable. Some suppliers may allow credits toward future travel, subject to their rules.

All cancellation and exchange requests must be made by phone.

H. Refunds

Refunds are subject to supplier approval. Processing times vary and are outside MarkYourDeal’s control. Approved refunds may be reduced by supplier penalties and MarkYourDeal service fees.

I. Travel Documents

You are responsible for ensuring you have valid passports, visas, and required documentation. We are not responsible for denied boarding or entry due to improper documentation.

J. Limitation of Liability

MarkYourDeal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or travel services.
